This week I went to Papworth Trust Charity in Corby for an organised registration meeting. A young man turned up, he wasn’t there to register for the placements I was there to do, but as everyone’s welcome I offered to interview and register him in between the booked interviews anyway. Upon chatting with him I found out that coincidently he had a friend and a brother that worked permanently on one of our client sites. Following a successful registration process and confirming this young man had a suitable level of experience I was able to contact the Shift Manager at our client site who was happy to offer an immediate start date. This doesn’t happen every day, talk about right place, right time. We managed to get someone who was out of work for a considerable amount of time back in to work and it feels good!
